I began drawing native bees when I spotted them in and around my garden and studio. This pack is of four drawings are of the Teddy Bear Native Bee. I discovered her on my way down to the chook shed. Her distinctive buzz caught my attention, then her cute, and very chubby golden body. She was buzzing loudly around the flowers of the Lilly Pilly tree.
Bees are such miracle workers on wings and so vital to a healthy environment and us! They pollinate our food, gardens and landscapes, helping plants to keep the life cycle continuing!
